1. Do the prices listed include VAT?

Yes all prices include VAT at the current rate of 15%.

2. Do the prices listed include postage and packaging costs?


Postage and Packaging costs are not included in product prices listed; they will be added during the checkout process prior to payment.

3. How much will postage and packaging cost?

The cost depends on the size of the order and the country it is to be shipped to but some guideline costs can be seen here.

4. Can I purchase from you if I live outside the UK?

Yes, we will accept orders from anywhere inside the EU.

5. How can I pay for my order?

The accepted payment methods are all major credit cards, debit card, cheque and bank transfer. Cheque payments will be subject to a £1 surcharge due to additional costs incurred. For bank transfers please contact us for our banking details.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

If all products ordered are in stock then the order will be shipped the next working day and should arrive at the delivery address in 2-3 working days. If the order is to be delivered outside the UK then there will be an increase in the time it takes the order to reach the delivery address. Please be aware that full payment must be cleared before your order is shipped, meaning that the use of some payment methods will result in a delay in delivery times.

7. What if the product I order is out of stock?


EP Sports do stock a wide range of sportswear and equipment however some of the products listed, are not stocked in every colour and size. Despite this fact we are happy to take orders for such items and will endeavour to deliver the products to the customer as quickly as possible. Customers who order out of stocked items will be informed so when starting the checking out process. EP Sports will then contact them within the next working day to give them the option to wait until the product becomes available, to select a product of equal value or to cancel the order in part or in full.

Out of stock products can usually be supplied within the following timeframes if the manufacturer has them in stock:

Cutters - 2 weeks
Speed City - 2 weeks
Under Armour - 1 week

-Pro Tuff Decals and EP Equipment products are all custom made to order and can usually be supplied within 3 weeks
-Cutters Gloves designate some colours as ‘Pre-order only’ (they are marked as such on each product) and can only be ordered in multiples of 6 per specific product, size and colour combination. Production and shipping will take 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year.

8. Is my purchase covered by a warranty?


Any product sold by EP Sports found to have a defect is subject to a replacement or refund policy in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Any product returned due to a defect will be examined by staff upon receipt of both the product and proof of purchase. The repaired product or a replacement will be shipped in a timely fashion pending stock availability. Should a replacement product be unavailable a similar product shall be substituted as an alternative with the customers agreement. EP Sports reserves the right to return the product to the customer (at the customers expense) if no defect is found.

This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

9. Can I return my order?


Returns are permitted up to 7 days after the date of delivery if products are returned to EP Sports in a new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the products to EP Sports. EP Sports recommend using a recorded delivery service for return of products to ensure that they are returned in a satisfactory condition. All returns must be agreed with EP Sports prior to their return. This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

11. Terms of Use

EP Sports reserves the right to change the terms and conditions below without notice and with immediate effect.

All product information is correct at the time it is placed on the website. The display of a product and accompanying information on this website does not commit EP Sports to supply the product in line with the information supplied (including price). All information (including price) is subject to change without prior notice and with immediate effect.

13. Sales

Any sale is not agreed until EP Sports sends a confirmation email to the customer. EP Sports are free to withdraw from any potential sale until a confirmation email is sent.

14. Product Use

The customer accepts full responsibility for all loss, injury or death through improper use of any products purchased from EP Sports. EP Sports is not liable for loss, injury or death through advice it gives about its products.

15. Data protection

Any data that EP Sports collect will be kept secure as is reasonably expected and set out by the Data Protection Act 1998. EP Sports will not make customer information available to any third party unless previously agreed by the customer.

16. Why have your prices gone up recently?

Unfortunately due to rising costs (caused by the poor performance of the £ against the US$) we have been forced to increase prices of items we import from the US. We absorbed this additional cost for sometime but could no longer do so due to the size and likely continuation of the rise in costs. Prices were raised in October and again in November 2008. We are committed to being price competitive where possible and will continue to do so. When the situation improves we will adjust our prices appropriately to pass savings on to our loyal customers.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as set out by UK law and the Office of Fair Trading.
