Customer Service Representative

Salary - £7.50-8.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus pension.
Permanent, Full time (9am-5pm with potential for overtime based on time of year) 

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include –

  1. Responding to customer email enquiries
  2. Answering incoming telephone enquiries 
  3. Contacting customers to resolve issues with orders
  4. Processing returns and exchanges 
  5. Completing website related tasks
  6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

Ideally, the candidate will –

  1. Have experience of working in a shop or office environment
  2. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Have good IT skills (ideally, including the use of Photoshop)
  4. Have the ability to work quickly and safely with good attention to detail
  5. Be conscientious and reliable in nature
  6. Have the ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
